Eugene Seltzer (Attorney)

General Comments

Gene has been practicing family law in Berkeley for over 30 years and has been recognized as Northern California ‘Super Lawyer’ by his peers for the last 3 years. He has been actively engaged in enhancing family law practice for many years, helping found the Alameda County Family Law Association and serving as Judge Pro Tem in family courts. He was also a founding member of the Board of International Alliance of Collaborative Professionals and helped to start the Alliance of Collaborative Professionals of the East Bay . Gene believes an attorney’s highest calling is to bring warring parties together, and finding solutions in cases of conflicting needs. Collaborative practice provides him the ideal format for implementing these goals.
