General Comments
Catherine Trimbur is in private practice with an emphasis on collaborative family law. She represents clients in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco. She has been a member of the California Bar for over 20 years.
Catherine enjoys the challenge and opportunity for creativity that collaborative family law presents. Clients remain in control of their cases and, with assistance from the collaborative team, reach settlements that work for them and their families.
Catherine has done extensive training in collaborative divorce and mediation. She is a founding member of the Alliance of Collaborative Professionals of the East Bay (Collaborative Practice East Bay) and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Practice Group of Contra Costa County, and Collaborative Law Association of Contra Costa.
In addition to family law, Catherine also provides legal services in the areas of estate planning and employment advice for employers and employees.
