General Comments

Mediation Offices of Unmani Sarasvati, PC only offers Collaborative Practice and mediation services. Unmani chose not to practice traditional litigation which she views as divisive, expensive, and ultimately disempowering. Through her practice she fulfills her chosen role as a divorce attorney: to be a positive guide for clients experiencing the divorce transition. Unmani is an active proponent in the family law community of the growing interdisciplinary approach to divorce. In her practice, she works with financial and mental health professionals to give clients options for professional guidance which address the different facets of the divorce experience. Unmani also teaches Collaborative Law at Golden Gate University School of Law.
