General Comments

Unmani opened Mediation Offices, PC to offer non-adversarial legal services, with offices in San Francisco and Oakland. After graduating from UC Berkeley (with high honors) and Golden Gate School of Law’s Honors Lawyering Program, Unmani focused exclusively on mediation and Collaborative Practice services. Unmani creates a conciliatory environment for her clients and provides quality legal services tailored towards their needs. In 2010, Unmani expanded her business to offering QDRO services to clients and other law firms. Unmani is currently enrolled in Golden Gate University School of Law’s LLM in Taxation Law program with an expected graduation date of December 2012. She also an adjunct professor in Golden Gate University School of Law’s JD program teaching Consensual Dispute Resolution, and co-presented at Collaborative Practice California’s Celebration V Convention.
